Lauren started over 15 years ago in the LA Event Industry with The Kitchen for Exploring Foods, a premier catering company serving all of Southern California and beyond. There she learned event structure, menu writing, food styling and lead teams on over 1,500 events.
She also worked in merchandising and styling for Anthropologie and number of other companies. The marriage of styling and catering lead her to work primarily in the “big picture” of production by looking at an event from a bird-eye veiw planning. The ability to jump in and make sure the event flow and energy is mastered with detail and precision is always at the forefront of her mind.
With Day-of Coordination on over 100+ weddings, she knows how to keep the most important moments of your life smooth and memorable. She has worked with celebrities and non-profits and understands the importance of budgeting, professionalism and organization.
